BrushSeal™ A250 BR is a single component proprietary Polymerized Modified Asphalt Emulsion (PMAE) Technology formulated from organic compounds. This elastomeric (brush or roller) applied waterproofing coating is highly versatile and can be used for a variety of waterproofing and detailing applications, both indoors and outdoors.

Storage & Use
- Ensure all drum and pail lids are sealed and air-tight prior to use.
- Properly mix each tote, drum or pail prior to use.
- Do not store in direct sunlight or temperatures ≥ 32°C.
- Avoid storing or using the product in temperatures ≤ 5°C .
